RocketNoodle does not rent, trade, loan, or sell your personal information, or any other information which may identify you, to third parties. We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy. The information we collect is used to process your order and to enhance your shopping experience. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage in order to help us improve the shopping experience for you, the shopper.
 
 

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return an item for a refund. You may also return an item within 30 days if it is defective, and we will pay the return freight charges. The replacement product will ship as soon as it is available by the same shipping service that was selected for the original purchase. Items must be returned with all original contents, including any and all manuals, warranty cards and outer packaging. You will be responsible for freight and insurance on returned items. We will pay the shipping costs on any return item that is a result of our error.

Outbound shipping may be free with purchase, but if the item is returned, these shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. All refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the value of the equipment only, and do not include shipping charges.

Any orders that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to all associated shipping costs including the shipping costs for the product(s) to be returned. A handling fee may also be charged for orders that have been processed and shipped, and then refused at time of delivery.

If the item you purchased meets the Return Policy requirements, please contact us. A return authorization number must accompany all returns. Please include your name, Order ID number, product, and reason for return, date of purchase and phone number on all correspondence. You will also need to indicate whether the return is for a refund, exchange or replacement item. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for the return.

We will notify you by e-mail once the returned item has been processed. You can expect a refund within 7-10 days of return and in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

There will not be any restocking fees as long as the item meets the requirements of our Return Policy and is returned in factory fresh condition. If the product has been registered with the manufacturer, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the purchase amount.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company immediately and notify us as well. You can also cancel unshipped items by emailing us.

Items that may not qualify for a refund include items returned in an un-sellable condition, items with missing parts, items that have been altered and/or modified, items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Exceptions to our Return Policy

· Any used gear (items with visible signs of wear and tear)
· Software (this may also include hardware that includes software),
Sound Cards, Expansion Boards that have been opened or no
longer in shrink wrap
· Printed music (sheet music and books)
· Cables (instrument, snake, mic, speaker, digital, MIDI, studio, adaptors)
· Any item with saliva contact (harmonicas, reeds, recorders,
mouthpieces, etc.)
· Recording media
· Accessories (ear pieces, open strings, drumsticks, drumheads,
cymbals, tubes, pick-ups)


CPU | Hard Drive | Memory

· Arrangement for a return must be made within 15 days from the date the item is shipped.
· Products that are defective, and/or DOA (Damaged On Arrival), can only be returned for repair / replacement.
· All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.
· All refunds, including defective and DOA CPU's, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
· Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

 
 

Standard manufacturer warranties generally apply. If you are experiencing any problems with products you've purchased from us, please contact customer service at info@rocketnoodlemusic.com. All products (unless noted in writing) are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and services offered varies by manufacturer and product. We do offer free labor on out of warranty repairs for selected products however.

 
 

Here at RocketNoodle, our Tech Support staff has over 20 years experience in electronics repair. Thus we are able to offer free labor and quick turnaround times on out of warranty repairs for selected products, for a period of 1 year after warranty expiration. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning any products. Deliveries of products without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Products still under warranty should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized repair center.
